According to Hong Kong Ordinance 32 Companies Ordinance Section 154 that all Hong Kong Limited Company has to appoint a company secretary, the position can be also taken up by any one of the company’s director, but not the sole director.  If the company secretary is an individual, he or she must provide H.K. residential address ; If the company secretary is a firm, it’s registered office or business address must be located in Hong Kong.
